Notifications are global across all courses enrolled, but you can access the notification settings from any Harmonize Topic or Assignment.
- From the Topic header, click on the bell icon
- Select the gear icon
- Harmonize Settings Page will open in a new window
Activity Stream
- Notifications will appear under the Bell icon, for notifications that have not been viewed a count of all new notifications will appear in the bell.
- Clicking on a notification will take you to the post or comment to view.

Email Address
Your profile email address is displayed by default but you can choose to have notifications sent to a different email address instead.
Notification Preferences
You may set notification preferences for specific types of notices. Notices are broken into groups such as "Teacher Actions", "My Content" and "Watched Topics" among others. Select from the following options for each notification type. Don't forget to click Save at the bottom of the page when you are done.
- Notify me right away
- Send daily summary
- Send Weekly Summary
- Do not send me anything
