Follow the steps below to create a remotely-proctored assessment within Canvas Learning Management System (LMS) - New Quizzes:
To enable Proctorio on an exam within Canvas New Quizzes, you will need the Proctorio extension installed on your supported browser.
1. Within your Course Content, locate the exam that doesn’t currently have Proctorio enabled.
2. Click the three dots on the right of the exam.
3. Select Edit.
4. An Edit Assignment menu will appear.
5. Scroll down and click the Build button.
6. In the Settings tab, toggle on Enable Proctorio.
7. Navigate to the Proctorio Settings tab to choose and enable or disable your preferred Exam Settings on this exam.
8. Click the Save Settings Button.
You did it!
You have now enabled Proctorio on your Canvas New Quizzes exam.

Accessing The Proctorio Gradebook
- Navigate to a Proctorio-enabled exam.
- Click on the exam link.
- Click the Build button.
- Select the Proctorio Gradebook tab.
