The purpose of this document is to outline CDD equipment return process.
How to Return Working Equipment
To return laptops and monitors:
Go to Confluent Health Help Desk.
Open a New Ticket.
Subject: Return Equipment
Description: List the quantity of item(s) to return. Request a return shipping label and box (if needed).
Note: Accessories do NOT need to be returned.
How to Return Non-working Equipment
Only non-working devices with a hard drive need to be returned to be recycled.
