CC - CDD Employment Process

Purpose

The purpose of this document is to outline the CDD Employment Process.


Interviewing

  1. Director of CDD requests Recruiter to post position. 

  2. Recruiter shares resumes with Hiring Manager. 

  3. Resumes are reviewed and Recruiter is asked to conduct Round 1 phone screenings with selected candidates. 
  4. Curriculum Coordinator update interview boards.
  5. Round 2 “Selection” interviews are conducted. 
  6. Round 3 “Meet the Team” interviews are conducted. 
  7. Hiring Manager calls selected candidate to discuss/offer the position. 
  8. Hiring Manager follows up with offer email to selected candidate.

Hiring

  1. Candidate accepts verbal job offer from Hiring Manager. 

  2. Hiring Manager notifies Recruiter and HR. 

  3. Recruiter sends formal job offer. 

  4. Candidate accepts formal job offer. 

  5. Candidate undergoes background check. 

  6. Recruiter notifies HR and Hiring Manager when background check is complete. 

  7. Hiring Manager gives the Curriculum Coordinator the new hire's contact information to start the Onboarding process.



Onboarding

Plan onboarding training and support schedule
Reviews HR surveys at days 1, 3, and 7 

Schedule bi/weekly 1:1
Schedules meet and greet with Mike at day 14

Formal check-in with new hire at day 30     





Offboarding

Send employee's resignation letter to HR
Coordinate employee's equipment return
Plan onboarding training and support schedule
Request HR schedule termination in UltiPro and turn off PTO accrual
Remove employee from scheduled meetings
Remove employee from scheduled meetings
Contact IT to have employee's OneDrive transferred to the designation team member
Remove employee from monday.com 

Remove employee from scheduled meetings
Notify SA Office Manager of the employee's departure
