Proctorio Gradebook Overview

The Proctorio Gradebook displays high-level information about each remotely-proctored exam to provide a quick visual indication of what should be investigated further. This is done primarily through the behavior preview, a small timeline that shows suspicion levels throughout an exam attempt as redyellowor green. Proctorio accesses the LMS or assessment platform’s gradebook to retrieve test takers' names, profile pictures, and the scores for the exam.

If an exam administrator wants more details on a particular attempt, clicking on that row in the Proctorio Gradebook allows the exam administrator to view the Exam Video Player. This provides access to exam footage and all information collected by Proctorio.

Note: Proctorio retrieves the test-taker information from the LMS gradebook (names, profile pictures, and the score.)

1. Three sections are available in Proctorio Gradebook:
In progress - in this section, you will see the ongoing attempts (coming soon).

Completed - in this section, you will see completed attempts.

Deleted - this section is visible only if enabled in the Display Options tab.

2. You will have a chance to restore deleted attempts within 24 hours upon deletion.

3. You can delete one or several attempts simultaneously if you check the box on the right side of the entry and confirm the deletion.export__4_.png

4. When you delete the attempt, it will automatically be moved from the Completed to the Deleted section, and the TIMER will start counting down.

5. You will have a grace period of 24 hours available to restore deleted attempts. To do that, check the box on the right of the test-takers attempt and hit the Restore button.

6. After 24 hours have passed the TIMER will disappear, but the deleted attempts will stay visible in Deleted section.

7. The test taker's name, start and end attempt time, attempt number, score, detected exam analytics, and accountability will remain. All other information will be deleted.

Proctorio is fully GDPR compliant and gives the exam administrators the option to remove Proctorio Gradebook from the exam by clicking the Delete Gradebook button.

Note: Once you delete Proctorio Gradebook it is permanently deleted (the test takers who are about to take the exam will be proctored, but the recordings will not be populated into Proctorio Gradebook).
