Safari Browser "Access Denied" Issue

The Prevent cross-site tracking option in the Safari web browser preferences may cause an Access Denied error message within the course content. If you do encounter this error, disable this feature:

Mac Desktop

1. Go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Website tracking: Prevent cross-site Tracking: UNCHECK this box.
2. Go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Cookies and website data: Block all cookies: UNCHECK this box.

iPad

Mozilla (Firefox) and Chrome can give an Access Denied error, on an iPad, so it is best to use Safari with the following settings:

1. Go to Settings > Safari > Prevent Cross-Site Tracking: DISABLE this option.

2. Also make sure Block All Cookies is disabled.

3. Restart Safari.

iPhone

1. Go to Settings > Safari > Prevent Cross-Site Tracking: DISABLE this option.
