An Alternative to Editable PDFs in Canvas

Interactive PDFs distributed via Canvas/Harmonize introduce a lot of potential for student error since to complete the task they need to download the pdf, open the PDF in Acrobat, fill out the PDF, save the PDF locally, re-upload the PDF to an assignment; so there are five failure points outside of even completing the assignment.
